I want!!!! No, not the groom (all that etiquette, protocol and think-a-gazillion-times before you open your mouth lark is clearly not for me!) but the utterly gorgeous fragrance that Floris – the iconic 280-year-old perfumery which holds more British royal warrants than I can possibly list here – has crafted for Kate & William’s wedding. Simply called Wedding Bouquet Eau de Parfum, this regal concoction “…has been created by drawing inspiration from the most popular Floris wedding fragrances from the past and introducing a modern twist using a white flower theme.” Fresh, yet both elegant and majestic (just like the future ‘princess’), the bouquet tells a story of love and commitment via its main notes:
– Jasmine to signify eternal love
– Lily of the Valley to say ‘you have made my life complete’
– Orange Blossom to convey innocence
– Stephanotis to signify happiness in marriage
Sigh! Don’t some women just get it all?
But don’t despair – the perfume will be available for a limited time at Floris boutiques for £90.00 in order to enrich the life of us mere mortals. Anyone travelling to UK wants to get me a gift, I really won’t mind 😉
