If you are anything like me, your gift shopping is far from done. Even though Christmas is right around the corner.
Also, if you are anything like me, you’d rather let your fingers do the shopping online… rather than trudging through the holiday crowds and standing in interminable lines. Seriously, where do people get all that energy and patience from?
Which is why I have curated this short list of 12 gifts, which covers literally EVERYBODY in your circle. Friends, family, co-workers, that lovely spa attendant… they are all there.
This is the actual list I am shopping from myself, so it follows the philosophy I use for gifting at any time: The gift should be memorable, indulgent and have a surprise factor (so no overdone brands allowed here)… ideally, something they would love but not really buy themselves!
Clean Beauty Collective’s Clean Space Room Fragrance, $25-48
Clean Beauty Collective, which is one of my favorite clean beauty brands, has just launched a new home fragrance line called Space. It’s got a collection of candles ($45), reed diffusers ($48) and room sprays ($25). Not only does everything smell gorgeous and fresh, all products come packaged in reusable frosted glass jars, cotton wicks, natural rattan reeds, 100% soy blends and sustainable oils. Eco-consciousness never looked so chic!
Bastide perfumes, $32-130
If you are going to gift a perfume, make it memorable. And Bastide – the Provence-based clean beauty company that bases its beauty formulations on fresh, local ingredients – has just launched two new perfumes that are simply beautiful.
There is 1958 (my personal favorite), which is fresh and earthy, with notes of bergamot, mandarin, rosemary and lavender that combine to bring summer into the bottle. And there’s New au Soleil, which is exhilarating and energizing, with bergamot, mandarin, geranium petals and mate to capture that Mediterranean spirit. The 0.3 fl oz clocks in at $32, while the 3.4 fl oz comes in at $130 for a more extravagant flourish.
Lisa Elridge True Velvet Lipsticks, $34
It’s a Christmas miracle that some of these lipsticks are still available. Dropping just once a year, celebrity makeup artist Lisa Elridge’s True Velvet lipsticks are known to sell out in hours. They have a unique texture that’s inspired by velvet fabric – and the kind of technical research that went into creating this effect is unbelievable! The lipsticks are also super-pigmented and wear satin matte. I am known to buy two of the same shade: One to wear, the other to preserve.
Otherland Gilded Holiday Collection Candles, $36-89
Otherland’s limited edition Gilded Holiday Collection candles are a winter dream – deep, dark evening musks, woods and florals that create a decadent atmosphere and come in the most seductive glass jars. These are sure to have a prime place in any house long even after the wax runs out. My favorites? Black Velvet, Silk Pajamas and Sacred Dusk.
Shopping tip: Do like me and ‘build a 3-pack‘. Individual candles are $36. The 3-pack is $89. So, I buy multiple 3-packs – to gift and to keep. Simple.

Fenty Beauty Glossy Posse Mini Gloss Bomb Set, $42
Five of Fenty’s Gloss Bomb shades (Pretty Please, Fu$$Y, Confetti, Hot Chocolit and Cheeky) in mini, clutch-friendly sizes and a keepsake tin. You can even gift them individually, which would work out to roughly $8 per person. What’s not to love?
Away The Mini, $45-65
The Mini is literally a scaled down Away suitcase, complete with the cult luggage brand’s durable polycarbonate shell, interior mesh pockets and elastic straps. It’s perfect for stashing makeup, toiletries, snacks, wires and just about anything else you would need while on the road. Or even in the house. I have one filled with mini perfume samplers and another for storing medicines. They are awesomely adorable (and are likely to sell out soon, so move fast)!
Lord Jones Limited Edition Hemp-Derived CBD Holiday Drop Gummies, $50
Know a person who needs a little chill in their lives? The limited edition holiday gummy drop from Lord Jones comes in two delish flavours – Mango Chili (get me this one!) and Sugarplum – with 20 mg of CBD in every gumdrop. Perfect for dealing with holiday stress and winter blues.

Sussanne Kaufmann Home Spa Box, $75
I am normally not a fan of gifting skincare minis because they run out too soon, usually before having any tangible effect on the skin. But this Home Spa Box from Sussanne Kaufmann is just too irresistible and I’m finding myself adding it to the cart for more and more friends (and myself!). It’s got six of the luxe brand’s best selling products – the Body Butter, Moisturizing Mask, Warming Foot Cream (this is beyond believable for winter!), Hand Cream, Granatapfelol Firming Oil and St John’s Wort Bath. It clocks in at $75 and there is another one called the Best of Body Gift Set, which has 15 of the brand’s best selling products packaged into a gorgeous $125 gift set. Feel free to get me one… !
Crème de la Mer, $90-2,400
What can I say about the cult classic Crème de la Mer moisturiser that’s not been said by 68396549856787538749 experts and devotees already? Just that if you gift it to me (the smallest size is 0.5 oz at $90), you’ll be one of my favorite people. I don’t think anybody, of any gender, or any age, can resist this one!
House of Sillage Bow Lipstick Cases, $198-220
An enamelled lipstick case encrusted with over 300 brilliant diamond-cut Swarovski crystals is perfect for when you want to make a splash, with a price to match ($198). Or you can shell out a bit more for the limited edition ones ($220)… I am lusting after the numbered Christian Cowan edition, just in case!
The Napper Weighted Blanket, $249
As a lifetime insomniac, I personally confirm that weighted blankets create a calming sensation and help you fall asleep faster. Which makes them perfect for that super-stressed person who could do with some relaxation in their life. And The Napper’s Weighted Blanket is a chunky piece of coziness that’s hand knitted from soft organic cotton. I have been known to put on the air conditioning at full blast just so I can snuggle under it in summer as well!

Dr. Dennis Gross SpectraLite Faceware Pro, $435
With this LED face mask, you are basically giving the gift of good skin. The combination of 100 LED red lights and 62 LED blue lights work together boost collagen and elastin, reduce the appearance of wrinkles, sun damages, acne and hyperpigmentation. They will love you forever!
