This is what the husband’s and my morning ritual looks like nowadays. I love starting my day with turmeric shots but juicing it is not the easiest. And I normally avoid supplements as they have weird additives.
But Anima Mundi’s Curam is super-clean… and this is my second bottle!
It even has black pepper, which to me is a sign of someone who knows what they are doing – since turmeric needs black pepper to get properly absorbed into the body.
Other things that it has: Camu Camu peel, amla (Indian gooseberry), mangosteen, tulsi (Indian holy basil), orange peel, ginger and ylang ylang essential oil. So, it’s a complete solution for oxygenating the blood, boosting Vitamin C, immunity issues, skin problems, and energy wipeouts.
As for the Anima Mundi Fat Belly Tonic (LOVE that name!)… it’s off limits for me as I always have a terrible reaction to green coffee extract. But the husband LOVES it. He swears that it cleans out the stomach, makes him feel lighter, and keeps away the bloating and gassiness.
The man has also dropped about 4 pounds. But he has been eating cleaner overall, so that could be a factor. What I do know is that he insists on always having an extra bottle as backup and it travels with him everywhere. And since he’s really not the selfcare kind, it must be really doing something to have him hooked.
Besides green coffee, there’s Garcinia Cambogia (Malabar tamarind), mangosteen peel, Cha de Bugre (a tropical plant found in South America), turmeric and ginger… all of which work on the liver, where most of our health problems arise.
Wish I could try it as well, since I am sure my liver is completely clogged with sugars, oils and other bad stuff.
Also, if only I could now find a way to pour these over my entire life!
