Today, I was addressing a conference packed with Greek beauty-istas and the shine off their collective hairdos’ was blinding.
And it turns out that those thick, lustrous, super-smooth and magically shiny tresses were the result of one single ingredient: Yogurt.
Yes, yogurt. Which is packed with proteins and calcium to help mask cuticle damage and split ends, while nourishing, strengthening and moisturising the hair.
